Lancaster was looking to increase the number of postgraduate applicants converting to registrations, especially among international students.
Working with Tribal Group, we designed a new postgraduate application portal, including a fully user-tested application system that has already resulted in a much faster process with higher levels of conversion and reduced administration costs. We are now working with Lancaster on a new phase of the project to deliver social networking functionality and increased personalisation throughout the application process.
